Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG Appoints a New Chairman of the Board

On February 23, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG announced the appointment of Friedrich Conzen as a new member of the Board of Directors, effective from March 1, 2024. He will succeed Carsten Lind as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Aged 48, Friedrich Conzen, also known as "Fritz," began his career at the consulting firms Droege & Company and A.T. Kearney. He then managed several family businesses and most recently led and repositioned the Nedis Group in the Netherlands.

Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG is based in Berlin, Germany, where Dr. Monika Plum holds the position of Head of Strategy and Investor Relations. The announcement of this appointment was received as regulated information, in accordance with Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
