Freelance.com Announces New Governance
Freelance.com, a major player in connecting companies and external talent in Europe, is changing its management structure. Meeting on December 10, 2024, the Board of Directors approved a succession plan. This plan includes the separation of the roles of President and CEO, as well as the appointment of new managers for these positions.
Sylvestre Blavet, current Chairman and CEO, is stepping down with immediate effect. Thomas de Villemeur will take over as Chairman of the Board, while Guénaël Talvas will be interim CEO. A recruitment process for a new CEO is underway. Under Blavet's chairmanship, the group's turnover exceeded one billion euros.
