Freelance.com Records Growth in Turnover in 2023

Freelance.com, a major player in connecting companies and external talents, announced a consolidated turnover of 857.7 million euros for the year 2023, an increase of 7% compared to 2022. This annual growth is marked by a significant increase of 10% in the fourth quarter, with a turnover of 239.8 million euros.

In France, consolidated turnover for the fourth quarter reached 170.7 million euros, an increase of 17% compared to the same period in 2022. Internationally, however, the company observed a slight decline of 5% with a turnover of 69.1 million euros in the fourth quarter.

Despite an uncertain economic context, particularly due to the rise in interest rates by central banks, activity in France continues to show robust momentum, supported by strong organic growth and the integration of OpenWork in September 2023. International activities are showing signs of stabilization and forecast a gradual return to growth in 2024.

The outlook for 2024 is promising, with the recent acquisitions of OpenWork and STA expected to propel Freelance.com's combined revenue beyond €1 billion, strengthening its position in the external talent management market.
