FSD Pharma Enters Exclusive Agreement with USC for Dietary Supplement Tech
FSD Pharma Inc. has signed an exclusive option agreement with the University of Southern California (USC) to evaluate dietary supplement technology for commercialization. The agreement, effective June 11, 2024, grants FSD Pharma a 6-month period to evaluate this novel technology, with an option for extension or exclusive licensing thereafter.
The technology aims to enhance the ingredients of unbuzzd™, a blend designed to expedite alcohol metabolism, improve recovery from consumption, and boost mental alertness. FSD Pharma plans to collaborate with beverage industry leaders from Celly Nutrition to launch unbuzzd™ this summer.
