Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Announces Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller's") has announced the purchase of 10,000 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback, conducted through Numis Securities Limited, is part of the share buyback program first announced on 22 March 2024.

The shares were acquired on 27 June 2024, with prices ranging from a high of 692.00 GBp to a low of 688.00 GBp. The average price paid per share was 689.0248 GBp. These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction, Fuller's listed issued share capital consists of 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each, out of which 4,267,452 are held in Treasury. Thus, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 36,414,887.

Shareholders can use this updated figure to calculate whether they need to notify their interest in the company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
