Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Announces Share Buyback Transaction
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("Fuller’s") has successfully completed a transaction to buy back its own shares, as part of a share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024. The company reported the purchase of 10,000 'A' ordinary shares at a fixed price of 590 pence per share through the London Stock Exchange, employing Numis Securities Limited for the operation.
The shares bought back on 26 March 2024 will be held in Treasury according to the company. This transaction has altered Fuller's listed issued share capital to 41,182,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each, with 4,136,369 of these shares now held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of listed voting rights in Fuller's for disclosure purposes has been adjusted to 37,045,970.
Fuller’s intends this action to affect shareholders' calculations for obligatory notifications related to changes in their interest under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The firm aims to keep the market informed in compliance with the UK’s Market Abuse Regulation.
