Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Major Shareholding Update

On June 12, 2024, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced a significant change in the voting rights held within the company. Mr. M.A. Taylor and Mrs. N.D. Taylor notified the company that they have acquired a 4.64% stake, amounting to 1,699,659 voting rights.

The details of their holdings indicate that 0.44% of the voting rights are held directly by M.A. Taylor, while 3.58% are held through UBS Nominees, and 0.62% through ii Nominees. This notification was formally received by Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC on the same day the threshold was crossed.

The notification was necessitated by an event changing the breakdown of voting rights. Mr. M.A. Taylor also clarified that a previous move above 3% was notified to the FSA in 2022, but due to an oversight, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC was not informed earlier.
