Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Purchases Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller's") has announced the purchase of 15,000 'A' ordinary shares at an average price of 697.3333 GBp per share through Numis Securities Limited. This transaction is part of the share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.

The highest price paid per share was 698.00 GBp and the lowest was 696.00 GBp. These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.

With this transaction, Fuller’s listed share capital now consists of 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, of which 4,280,384 are held in Treasury. The total number of listed voting rights stands at 36,401,955.
