Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Reports Total Voting Rights and Treasury Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, commonly known as Fuller's, has reported its total voting rights and treasury shares in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As of 31 August 2024, Fuller's issued share capital included 40,082,339 'A' Ordinary Shares of 40 pence each, 89,052,625 'B' Ordinary Shares of 4 pence each, and 13,366,013 'C' Ordinary Shares of 40 pence each, all carrying one vote. Out of these, 4,043,545 'A' Ordinary Shares and 4,327,915 'B' Ordinary Shares were held in treasury.

The total number of listed voting rights in Fuller's for Disclosure and Transparency purposes was 36,038,794 as of 31 August 2024. Shareholders can use this figure to determine whether they need to notify their interest or any changes in their interest in Fuller's, in line with FCA regulations.
