Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Transaction Details

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has announced the purchase of 7,109 'A' ordinary shares at 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction took place on 18th September 2024, as part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on 23rd August 2024. The highest price paid per share was 770.00 GBp, while the lowest was 766.00 GBp, with an average of 769.9387 GBp per share.

The company will hold these repurchased shares in treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller's listed issued share capital consists of 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,784,976 held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 35,897,363.
