Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Transaction

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s" or "the Company") has announced the purchase of 20,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares at 40p each. The transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of the company's share buyback programme announced on 22 March 2024.

The shares were purchased on 23 May 2024, at prices ranging from 683.00 GBp to 690.00 GBp, with an average transaction price of 686.5000 GBp per share. Fuller’s intends to hold these repurchased shares in Treasury. Following this purchase, the company's issued share capital comprises 41,182,339 'A' ordinary shares, of which 4,535,110 are held in treasury.

As a result, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 36,647,229. This figure is to be used by shareholders for relevant disclosure and transparency calculations in accordance with FCA rules.
