Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced a transaction involving its own shares on the London Stock Exchange. The company purchased 20,000 'A' ordinary shares, each valued at 40p, as part of its buyback program disclosed on August 23, 2024.

All shares were acquired at a consistent price of 744 pence each. These shares will be retained in the company's treasury. Following this repurchase, Fuller's has a total of 39,282,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,644,649 held in treasury, resulting in 35,637,690 voting rights.
