Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (the "Company" or "Fuller’s") has announced the purchase of 10,576 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This action is part of its share buyback program initiated on 23 August 2024. The transactions were executed through Numis Securities Limited.

The prices for the shares ranged from 746.00 GBp to 752.00 GBp, with an average price of 751.6732 GBp per share. The repurchased shares will be retained in treasury.

Following this acquisition, Fuller’s issued share capital consists of 39,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, out of which 3,876,935 shares are held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 35,805,404. Shareholders can use this number for any necessary disclosures.

The purchase details align with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 as incorporated into UK law. Detailed information on the transactions is provided in the schedule below.
