Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. has announced the total voting rights and treasury shares as of May 31, 2024, in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As of this date, the company has an issued share capital of 41,182,339 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares at 40 pence each, 89,052,625 ‘B’ Ordinary Shares at 4 pence each, and 13,366,013 ‘C’ Ordinary Shares at 40 pence each. Each share carries one vote. Among these, 4,542,150 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares and 4,327,915 ‘B’ Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The total number of listed voting rights in the company was 36,640,189 as of May 31, 2024. Shareholders may use this number to determine whether they need to notify changes in their shareholding under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
