Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the purchase of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This acquisition is part of the share buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024.
The purchase occurred on 20 September 2024 at an average price of 768.00p per share. Following this buyback, the company holds these shares in treasury. Fuller's entire issued share capital is now 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,816,030 shares in treasury.
Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights in the company is 35,866,309. Shareholders may use this number to determine if their interest notifications are required under FCA's disclosure rules.
