Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has repurchased 2,675 of its 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each at 708.00 GBp per share on 18 July 2024. This transaction is part of the share buyback programme announced on 22 March 2024. The shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital consists of 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,409,177 shares held in treasury. The total number of listed voting rights now stands at 36,273,162.
