Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (Fuller’s) has announced the purchase of 18,296 of its 'A' ordinary shares at an average price of 761.0931 pence per share. The purchases were made on 26 September 2024 through Numis Securities Limited as part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024. The highest price paid per share was 764.00 pence, and the lowest was 760.00 pence.

Following this transaction, Fuller’s listed issued share capital consists of 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,847,572 shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 35,834,767.
