Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in own shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a purchase of its 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, conducted through Numis Securities Limited, is part of the company's share buyback programme announced on 22 March 2024.

On 16 July 2024, Fuller’s bought 5,006 'A' ordinary shares at prices ranging from 708.00 GBp to 710.00 GBp per share, averaging 709.5477 GBp. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this purchase, Fuller’s listed share capital comprises 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,396,096 of these in Treasury. This results in a total of 36,286,243 listed voting rights, to be used by shareholders for calculations under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
