Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has executed a purchase of its ‘A’ ordinary shares as part of its share buyback programme. The transaction took place on 19 July 2024, acquiring a total of 1,779 shares.

The highest price paid per share was 710.00 GBp, while the lowest was 708.00 GBp. The average price per share stood at 708.0022 GBp. All shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.

Post-purchase, Fuller's listed share capital includes 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 4,410,956 shares are held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights comes to 36,271,383 shares. Shareholders can use this number to verify if they need to notify any changes in their holdings under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
