Fuller, Smith & Turner Acquires Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a share buyback operation, purchasing 20,000 of its “A” Ordinary Shares at 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, managed through Numis Securities Limited, is part of a broader buyback programme initiated on 28 August 2025.
Each share was acquired at a uniform price of 570 pence, and the company plans to retain these shares in Treasury. This move leaves Fuller’s with a total of 36,391,365 “A” Ordinary Shares in issued share capital, of which 3,845,069 are held in Treasury. This results in 32,546,296 voting rights available for shareholders, serving as a basis for disclosure obligations under FCA rules.
The transaction aligns with the requirements of Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014, supplemented by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
