Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. has repurchased 20,000 of its “A” Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange. Conducted through Deutsche Bank AG, this acquisition is part of its previously announced share buyback programme. Each share was purchased at a consistent price of 680 pence.
The repurchased shares will be held in the company's Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital stands at 36,391,365 shares, with 4,387,497 shares in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights is now 32,003,868.
