Fundamenta Group announces a fifth successful financial year

The Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation has successfully concluded its fifth financial year, marking the completion of its establishment phase. At the end of the 2024 financial year, the real estate portfolio amounts to CHF 836.7 million, a significant growth compared to the previous year. The investment yield reached 3.73%, supported by an increase in rental income of 58%, totaling CHF 27.5 million.

The acquisition and active management strategy has reduced the rental loss rate and maintained a debt ratio of 12.66%. The organization also raised CHF 107.1 million in July 2024, illustrating investors' confidence in its strategy.

The Foundation continued its efforts in sustainability, participating for the first time in the GRESB assessment. Ricardo Ferreira, Director of the Foundation, highlights the importance of sustainable growth in the face of a complex market environment.
