Fundamenta Real Estate SA doubles its profits and considers a capital increase
Fundamenta Real Estate SA announced a doubling of its net profit in the first half of 2025, reaching CHF 28.9 million. Profit before revaluation increased by 12.4%, reaching CHF 10.3 million. The Swiss market continues to benefit from strong net immigration, supporting rising rents.
The Board of Directors is considering a capital increase by the end of the year. The funds will be used to finance real estate developments and strengthen equity. As of June 30, 2025, the real estate portfolio was valued at CHF 1,221.6 million, with an equity ratio of 42.3%.
