Desai's voting rights through shares decreased from 3.69% to 3.12%, while his overall voting influence, including financial instruments, was reduced from 4.39% to 3.82%, translating to a drop from 14,730,706 to 12,730,706 total voting rights held in the company.

Despite these changes, Desai remains a prominent figure in Funding Circle, headquartered in London. This adjustment reflects a reallocation of shares and financial instruments, specifically share options, with a notable portion set to expire by 2028.
