Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback and Cancellation

Funding Circle Holdings Plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 485,682 of its ordinary shares. Acquired on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited as part of a buyback program announced on 7 March 2024, shares were bought at prices ranging from 92.40p to 99.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 95.8745p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle's share capital now comprises 342,051,761 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in Treasury. This figure will serve as the denominator for regulatory disclosure calculations under the FCA's guidelines.
