Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Execution Details

Funding Circle Holdings plc has confirmed it purchased 280,000 of its ordinary shares on 14 May 2024. These transactions occurred on the London Stock Exchange and were conducted through Numis Securities Limited as part of an announced buy-back plan from March 2024. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 79.00p to 82.70p, with an average price of 81.5990p per share. Funding Circle intends to cancel all of these repurchased shares.

Following the cancellation, the issued share capital of Funding Circle will be reduced to 354,485,240 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure will also serve as a new base for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings and notification requirements in compliance with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority rules.
