Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 150,762 of its ordinary shares, each valued at £0.001, from Numis Securities Limited. This action is part of the company's buy-back program that was announced on 7 March 2024. The highest price paid per share was 129.00p, whereas the lowest was 123.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 127.4423p.

The repurchased shares will be canceled, leaving Funding Circle with a total of 336,798,152 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure will serve as the reference for shareholders to determine the necessity of interest notifications as per the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
