Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

On 20 August 2024, Funding Circle Holdings Plc (the "Company") announced the purchase and cancellation of 182,208 ordinary shares of £0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed through Numis Securities Limited as part of a previously announced buyback program.

The highest price paid per share was 105.50p, while the lowest was 105.00p, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 105.3145p per share. Following this transaction, the Company’s issued share capital will comprise 340,154,340 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The purchased shares will be cancelled, and there are no shares held in Treasury. Shareholders may use the updated share capital figure for necessary notifications under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
