Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback
On October 25, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings Plc completed a buyback of 125,000 ordinary shares from Investec Bank Plc on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid per share was 145.00p, with a lowest of 138.00p, and an average price of 141.1844p.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing Funding Circle's total issued share capital to 333,187,672 ordinary shares. These shares carry voting rights and none are held in Treasury. This number can be used for shareholders' notification obligations under the FCA's rules.
The transactions are compliant with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 regarding market abuse regulation.
