Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed the buyback of 459,847 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 105.7356 pence per share. The transaction was conducted through Numis Securities Limited and forms part of the company's repurchase program initiated on 7 March 2024.

On 2 August 2024, the shares were repurchased with the highest price at 109.00 pence and the lowest at 103.00 pence per share. Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle's share capital now totals 342,537,443 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury. This updated figure aids shareholders in their disclosure obligations under the FCA's rules.

The buyback complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, which is part of the retained EU law as defined by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The detailed information of the individual trades made during this process has also been disclosed.
