Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback Transaction

On 30 August 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase and cancellation of 103,634 ordinary shares at an average price of 104.8567p per share. The transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange by Numis Securities Limited. The highest price paid per share was 105.00p, while the lowest was 104.50p. Following the cancellation, the company's issued share capital consists of 338,927,874 ordinary shares with voting rights.

These actions are part of the buy-back program announced on 7 March 2024. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Shareholders can use the new share capital figure to update their notification obligations under FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
