Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced that it has purchased 70,898 of its ordinary shares of £0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought from Numis Securities Limited as part of its buy-back program announced on 7 March 2024.

The highest price paid per share was 125.00p, and the lowest was 124.50p. The volume-weighted average price was 124.9591p per share. The company plans to cancel all repurchased shares.

Following the cancellation, the issued share capital will consist of 336,948,914 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

These figures may be used by shareholders to determine if they need to notify their interest in the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
