Funding Circle Plc: Share Buyback Transaction on LSE

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the recent purchase of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. On 18 July 2024, the company acquired 158,976 ordinary shares of £0.001 each from Numis Securities Limited as part of its buy-back program initiated on 7 March 2024.

The purchased shares had a highest price of 112.50p and a lowest price of 108.00p, with a volume weighted average price of 109.7449p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle's issued share capital now comprises 345,540,728 ordinary shares. These shares retain voting rights, with none held in Treasury.

Shareholders may use the updated share count for determining their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
