Funding Circle Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

On 30 May 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 92,652 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction was conducted by Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis") as part of a buy-back initiative first announced on 7 March 2024.

The highest price paid per share was 89.00p, and the lowest was 87.20p. The volume-weighted average price amounted to 88.7545p per share. Following the cancellation of these shares, the company's issued share capital will total 352,755,190 ordinary shares with voting rights, with no shares held in Treasury.
