Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced its total voting rights as of 31 May 2024. The company confirms that its issued share capital consists of 353,047,842 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, all of which carry voting rights. The company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Shareholders can use this figure as the basis for calculating if they need to notify their interest or a change in their interest in the company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
