Future Fuels Updates Acquisition Timeline for Mountain Lake Property

Future Fuels Inc. has announced an amendment to its acquisition of the Mountain Lake Property in Nunavut, Canada. The amendment, finalized on January 31, 2025, involves an agreement with IsoEnergy Ltd. to extend the closing date of their transaction, initially set for January 31, to February 14, 2025. This extension follows the asset purchase agreement dated November 13, 2024.

The company has also completed its initial private placement related to the acquisition, as announced in their December 19, 2024 news release. There will be no issuance of additional securities under a second tranche.

Future Fuels focuses on its Hornby Uranium Project in north-western Nunavut and the Covette Property in Quebec's James Bay region, indicating strategic interests in promising geological zones.
