GA-ASI to Host First Blue Magic Event in the Netherlands

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) will hold its first Blue Magic event in the Netherlands on Nov. 19, 2024, following previous successes in Belgium. The event, named Blue Magic Netherlands (BMN), will take place in Eindhoven, a key global technology hub.

The BMN event aims to connect Dutch startups, universities, government officials, and leaders in aerospace and high-tech industries. Attendees will explore technology advancements and establish partnerships to support next-generation dual-use solutions. Partners for the event include Lockheed Martin Ventures, Brabant Development Agency, and the Netherlands Industries for Defence & Security.

GA-ASI Managing Director Brad Lunn emphasizes the goal of fostering collaboration and advancing technology and defense systems. Previous Blue Magic events have led to partnerships with European and international businesses. BMN 2024 will feature technology pitches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, focusing on areas such as AI/machine learning, autonomy, and advanced materials.
