Galway Metals Partners with Simone Capital for Investor Relations

Galway Metals Inc., listed on TSXV and OTCQB under the symbols GWM and GAYMF respectively, has announced a new partnership with Simone Capital Corp. The agreement, signed on August 21, 2026, outlines that Simone Capital will deliver investor relations and capital markets advisory services to Galway Metals. The services will be provided on a month-to-month basis, allowing either party to terminate at any time.

For C$6,500 monthly, Simone Capital will conduct roadshows, set up meetings with investors, and engage in various outreach activities. Importantly, no equity-based compensation will be involved. Anthony Simone, President of Simone Capital, will oversee the operations.

This agreement awaits approval from the TSXV. It marks a strategic move for Galway Metals, enhancing its communication within the investment community.
