General Assembly of Electricity and Water of Madagascar: Corrigendum
Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar, a public limited company with capital of €14,345,747.50, whose head office is located at 40, rue du Louvre in Paris, has published a correction concerning the meeting notice for the General Assembly of 25 June 2024. This notice was initially published on May 17, 2024 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO).
This amendment specifies that the agenda is supplemented by draft resolution no. 13. This concerns the annual sum allocated to members of the Board of Directors as remuneration.
The other draft resolutions initially mentioned in the meeting notice are not subject to any modification. This supplement aims to clarify the points that will be addressed during the General Meeting.
The document was approved by the company's board of directors.
