Ramsay Health Care Concludes Strategic Review of Ramsay Générale de Santé Shareholding
On November 25, 2025, Ramsay Générale de Santé acknowledged the completion of a strategic review conducted by its Australian parent company, Ramsay Health Care Limited. This review, which began on February 27, 2025, aimed to explore strategic options for its majority shareholding in Ramsay Générale de Santé.
