GENFIT, a biopharmaceutical firm based in France, announced its decision to voluntarily delist its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from the Nasdaq Global Select Market. This strategic move aims to streamline the company's corporate structure and enhance operational efficiency. Following the delisting, GENFIT will maintain its primary listing on the Euronext Paris market.

The delisting process is expected to be completed before trading opens on November 20, 2025. CEO Pascal Prigent emphasized the company's commitment to focus its resources more effectively, aligning with their current development stage. GENFIT will continue to meet all French and European financial regulations for its disclosures.

GENFIT plans to file the necessary forms with the SEC to deregister its ADSs and suspend its reporting obligations in the U.S. This change reflects their operational strategy without affecting the company's accounting practices.
