Gerresheimer AG Adjusts Growth Guidance for 2024 and 2025

Düsseldorf, September 30, 2024 – Gerresheimer AG has revised its growth guidance for the financial years 2024 and 2025. The adjustment is attributed to a slower market recovery and lower expected growth in the vial market, exacerbated by production disruptions due to flooding at its Morganton plant caused by Hurricane Helene.

For 2024, the company projects organic revenue growth between 3% and 4%, down from the previous estimate of 5% to 10%. Adjusted EBITDA is forecasted between EUR 415 million and EUR 430 million, previously EUR 430 million to EUR 450 million. Adjusted EPS is now expected to grow between 2% and 8%, compared to the earlier range of 8% to 12%.

In 2025, organic revenue growth is anticipated to be between 7% and 10%, reduced from the former 10% to 15%. The adjusted EBITDA margin for 2025 is projected to be around 22%. Adjusted EPS growth for 2025 will be updated upon the release of full-year 2024 results in February 2025. The company's mid-term guidance remains unchanged.
