Gerresheimer AG Appoints Wolf Lehmann as New CFO
On September 1, 2025, Wolf Lehmann will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Gerresheimer AG, succeeding Dr. Bernd Metzner. Lehmann, an experienced finance professional, was previously an Operating Partner at Triton, with 30 years in finance, strategy, and corporate development. His career includes roles at General Electric, Wilsonart International, and BEFESA, where he played a key role in the company's IPO.
Dr. Bernd Metzner departs from Gerresheimer on August 31, 2025, after six years as CFO, seeking new professional challenges. Dr. Axel Herberg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, acknowledges Lehmann's extensive experience and its importance for Gerresheimer's growth.
The transition in the Management Board has led to the postponement of the Capital Markets Day initially set for October 15, 2025.
