GL Events: Details on voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025
GL Events, a public limited company with a capital of 119,931,148 euros, has communicated the figures relating to its shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. The company, registered with the RCS of Lyon, informs that the total number of shares making up its share capital amounts to 29,982,787.
