GL Events: Information on the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

The Lyon company GL Events, registered under number 351 571 757 RCS LYON, has communicated data relating to its share capital as of June 30, 2024. The capital amounts to 119,931,148 euros, divided into 29,982,787 shares.

The total number of voting rights amounts to 48,627,766 gross. In net terms, after deducting shares deprived of voting rights, the total is 48,002,726 voting rights.

These figures comply with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
