On February 7, 2025, Global Education Communities Corp. (TSX:GEC)(OTCQB International:GECSF) announced the results of its director election following the annual general meeting in Vancouver. All director nominees were successfully elected as listed in the management information circular dated December 23, 2024.
The voting results showed strong support for the nominees, with Toby Chu receiving 99.67% votes in favor and Tony David, Derek Feng, Troy Rice, and Shane Weir each receiving 99.91%. May Hsu received the highest percentage of votes in favor at 99.94%.
