Goldflare announces management changes

Piedmont, QC / Accesswire / June 25, 2024 - Exploration Goldflare Inc. (TSXV:GOFL) announces the appointment of Mr. Michel Desjardins as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He succeeds Mr. Ghislain Morin, who is leaving his position for health reasons, but remains a member of the board of directors. Management expresses its gratitude to Mr. Morin for his services since 2019.

Furthermore, Ms. Sara Pedneault, an engineer in production geology, becomes President of the Board of Directors. These changes take effect immediately. Mr. Desjardins expressed his commitment to making important decisions for the sustainability of the Company and thanked Mr. Morin for his contribution.

The Company also confirms that its Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on August 21, with a crucial vote on an overhaul of the share capital. Details will be communicated via the Management Proxy Circular.
