Graines Voltz General Meeting: Adoption of remuneration resolutions
At Graines Voltz's Ordinary General Meeting on March 20, 2025, the resolutions concerning remuneration policies were approved. No changes were requested by shareholders to these resolutions contained in the September 2024 annual report.
The votes effectively validated the remuneration policies for directors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors by 99.85%. The remuneration policy for the Chief Executive Officer received 96.91% approval.
Graines Voltz also announced that the meeting's questions and answers are available online. A video broadcast of the meeting is available on the company's website.
The next event to follow is the publication of the first-half results, scheduled for June 30, 2025 after the stock market closes.
