GRAMMER AG announced a decline in its earnings performance for the second quarter of 2025. Preliminary figures indicate that the operating EBIT fell to approximately EUR 11.7 million, down from EUR 20.2 million in the same period last year. This decline was influenced by negative currency effects and a deconsolidation loss in the US operations.

The company also reported a drop in group revenue for Q2 2025, which fell by about EUR 34.3 million to reach EUR 466.2 million. The downturn was particularly noted in the AMERICAS and APAC regions, with China's high-margin business adversely impacted by economic uncertainties.

Despite the Q2 downturn, operating EBIT for the first half of 2025 improved by nearly 20% compared to the previous year, owing to a strong performance in the first quarter. The Executive Board maintains its full-year forecast, anticipating group revenue around EUR 1.9 billion and operating EBIT at approximately EUR 60 million.
