Grolleau's half-year turnover down

Grolleau reported revenue of €18.9 million for the first half of 2025, a decrease of 16.4% compared to the previous year. This decline was due to a difficult first quarter, although the second quarter showed a slight improvement with revenue of €10.3 million, down 3.3% compared to Q2 2024.

The Telecoms sector, however, recorded a 3.7% increase, reaching €6.6 million during the first half thanks to new deliveries. In contrast, the Smart City division suffered a marked decline of 22.1%, due in particular to the temporary suspension of a contract in Italy. The Energy & Industry division also saw a decrease, reaching €5.5 million, despite a recovery in the second quarter.

For 2025, Grolleau expects its revenue and EBITDA margin to remain stable. However, adjustments are anticipated following restructuring in 2024 and ongoing negotiations in Italy.
